Our specially trained Pelvic Floor therapists will assess your ability to contract and relax these muscles and their synergy with the other core muscles. They will also assess the joints and muscles of your lower back, hips and sacroiliac (SI) joints since problems here can stress your pelvic floor muscles.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2018, and worked as a Kinesiologist in private practice for over a year. Rebecca also obtained her CSEP-CPT personal training certificate during her time between degrees. Rebecca went on to continue her education at the University of Alberta and graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in December 2021.

Rebecca has obtained her Canadian Orthopedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal level 1 manual therapy certification, Shift Level 1 “Best Practices in Concussion Management”, and Evidence in Motion Functional Dry Needling Level 1 certifications, as well as courses through the Running Clinic. Rebecca emphasizes an individualized approach to rehabilitation that combines education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription that targets each patient’s individualized goals. She is passionate about exercise and health and enjoys mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and hiking, as well as attending hot yoga and barre classes. Rebecca enjoys working with a wide range of populations, with a special interest in working with outdoor athletes.

Egle is a 2200hr registered massage therapist.  Egle graduated from Mount Royal University, as a RMT, in 2017.   Her massage treatment methods include deeper tissue massage together with relaxation, depending on client’s goals.  

 Egle has a big passion for health industry and strives to continue to learn new skills to reach the best results.  She has completes courses in myofascial cupping, lymphatic drainage, TMJ, gua sha, K-Taping and acupressure.

Kristen is a graduate of Alberta College of Massage Therapy, where she earned her 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma and was awarded honours with distinction.

After spending nearly 15 years helping people as a 911 operator, Kristen was inspired to become a massage therapist partly due to her experience as a client! As a former sufferer of chronic tension headaches, Kristen knows first hand the importance of identifying and treating the cause of pain, not just the symptoms, and is passionate about working with clients to achieve lasting results and improve their quality of life.

When she is not busy with her new career (still helping people, just in a much different way) Kristen enjoys chasing after her kids, hanging around with her dogs in the sunshine, and attempting to achieve balance by practicing yoga.

Andrea was born in Edmonton and moved quite a bit before settling in Airdrie. She received her 3000 hour diploma at Makami College. Her active lifestyle and personal training background led her to massage as she understands it’s importance in helping to keep the body working at peak levels. Being an avid runner/trail runner hiker she understand the mechanics of these actives and the stressors that can occur during the training and day of activity.

Andrea enjoys incorporating multiple massage techniques into her routine with myo-fascia release, trigger point, deep tissue all catered to what the client needs.

Shannon graduated in 2010 with honours from Georgian College in Ontario with a 2200hr massage diploma. From 2014 - 2019 she worked at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as an entrance to practice examiner in addition to working as an RMT. While there, she enjoyed seeing all the new techniques that were being taught in the various schools.

Shannon loves learning new things and is trained in Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, relaxation, cupping and myo-fascial release. She often likes to combine modalities during treatments to give the most effective treatment she can. She loves to see her clients progress through their treatments and achieve their goals. Whether it’s to destress, to recover from injury, or to improve mobility, she is committed to providing personalized care to help you feel your best.

Ken graduated from the University of Alberta in 2006 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He has also obtained his Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture (CAFCI) from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and his Level 2 Certificate for Functional Dry Needling (IMS) from Kineticore. Ken is also a Kinesio Taping provider after completing the KT1 and KT2 courses with Kinesio Taping Canada, and has completed Level 3 of the Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy Courses.

A lifelong student of martial arts, Ken has incorporated the self improvement philosophies of the various styles he has trained in into his treatment approach. This includes a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, IMS/dry needling, and most importantly an individualized exercise program for each client to improve their specific condition.

Eyal is a University of Haifa graduate and holds a degree in Physiotherapy (2006). He is certified in spinal and peripheral manipulations, and has the dry needling certification for treating chronic myofascial and neuropathic pain in the spine and extremities. He brings experience working as a physical therapist with a variety of athletes, including those playing elite level soccer, swimming and CrossFit.

Eyal has a special interest in vestibular therapy and concussion, and received a certificate of competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation. He also has extensive knowledge regarding TMJ (The temporomandibular joint ) and works with many dentists and oral surgeons.

Hannah graduated with honours from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in 2013, then completed a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2015. She has completed additional post-graduate training including vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, functional dry needling, and myofascial release techniques.

Lauren Smith graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours in 2017, and subsequently graduated with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. She holds certificates in IMS/dry needling and Mulligan’s MWM. Lauren also holds 3 levels of Pelvic Physiotherapy training along with certifications in Pelvic Girdle Pain and Cesarean Birth and Rehabilitation. Having been a massage therapist since 2008, Oksana has extensive experience in the field. She graduated from the Kyiv Medical University of the Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine with honors in 2008.

Throughout her career as a massage therapist, she has been fascinated by the body and traditional healing practices. As she worked in a rehabilitation center for a few years, she discovered she liked helping people feel better and relax. She believes massage therapy is a great way to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and ease pain. The goal of her career is to help people become the healthiest and most vibrant versions of themselves.

Using a combination of assessment and treatment, Oksana restores function and alleviates pain and discomfort in the musculature, fascia, nerves, joints, and bones. Her therapeutic massage techniques and manual therapy include, but are not limited to, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point release, cross fiber friction technique to break up tissue adhesions and decrease scar tissue’s negative effects on the body, and general relaxation massage.
